Lawzana Flow: clients can now book a meeting online

If you use Lawzana Flow, your clients can now book a meeting with you online. It is included in every Flow plan at no extra cost.

Setting it up takes about five minutes. In Flow, open Settings → Booking, save your booking name and time zone, then add a booking type (for example “First consultation, 30 minutes”) with the hours you are available. You can also paste your calendar’s private iCal address so nobody books a time when you are busy.

Share your booking link, or let clients book from your firm’s contact page and client portal. Each meeting goes into your Flow calendar, anyone new is added as a lead, and clients get a confirmation and a reminder. They can reschedule or cancel without calling you.
