Lawzana Flow connects with external tools and services to streamline your workflow. This guide covers the available integrations.
Lead Capture Widget#
Embed a lead capture form on your website to automatically receive inquiries in Lawzana Flow.
Setting Up the Widget#
- Go to Settings → Widget
- Click Generate Key to create your widget key
- Choose a display mode:

| Inline Form | Embeds the form directly into your page at a specific location |
| Floating Button | A floating button (bottom corner) that opens a form modal when clicked |
| Call-to-Action Button | A static button that triggers the form overlay |
Customizing the Widget#
Form Content:
- Title — Form heading (default: "Get in Touch")
- Description — Subheading or instructions
- Button Text — Submit button label (default: "Submit")
- Success Message — Shown after submission (default: "Thank you! We'll be in touch soon.")
Styling:
- Primary Color — Button and accent color
- Background Color — Form background
- Text Color — Label and body text color
- Border Color — Form border
- Border Radius — Corner roundness
Color Presets: Default (black/white), Blue, Green, Purple, Rose, Amber, Dark mode
Floating Button Options (for floating mode):
- Position: Bottom-right, bottom-left, or bottom-center
- Button size
- Button icon (chat, form, or custom)
- Optional label text
Form Fields:
- Name (always required)
- Email (always required)
- Phone (optional — toggle visibility and whether required)
- Message (optional — toggle visibility)
Embedding on Your Website#
Copy the generated embed code and paste it into your website HTML:

Widget Security#
- Each widget key is tied to your organization
- Regenerate your key to invalidate the old one (existing widget installations will stop working)
- Revoke the key to disable the widget entirely
- Submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse
Zapier#
Connect Lawzana Flow to 5,000+ apps through Zapier.
Setting Up Zapier#
- Go to Settings → Zapier
- Generate your API key
- In Zapier, search for "Lawzana Flow" and add it as an app
- Paste your API key when prompted
Common Zapier Workflows#

API Key Security#
- Your API key provides access to create leads in your organization
- Treat it like a password — don't share it publicly
- Regenerate the key if you suspect it's been compromised
Lawzana Directory#
Connect your Lawzana Flow account to your firm's listing on the Lawzana legal directory.
What It Does#
- Sync your firm profile — Keep your directory listing up to date
- Receive leads — Inquiries from your directory listing are automatically created as leads in Lawzana Flow
- Directory SSO — Team members can sign in with their Lawzana Directory credentials
Setting Up Directory Connection#
- Go to Settings → Directory Connections
- Click Connect to Lawzana Directory
- Authorize the connection with your Lawzana Directory account
- Choose which data to sync
Lead Flow#
When someone contacts your firm through the Lawzana Directory:
- A lead is automatically created in Lawzana Flow
- The lead source is marked as "Lawzana"
- The lead includes the person's name, email, and inquiry message
- Notifications are sent to your team based on your settings
Stripe (Billing)#
Stripe handles all subscription billing. This is configured automatically — no setup needed on your end.
- Payment methods are managed through the Stripe billing portal
- Access it from Settings → Billing → Manage Billing
