Our legal team successfully represented a domestic worker who suffered severe injuries after being hit by a vehicle operated by a driver working for an international restaurant chain.
Despite the fact that our client had returned to her home country due to her medical condition before the case was presented to the forensic medical authority, our firm was able to successfully prove the extent of the injuries and damages through official medical reports and detailed legal submissions.
The court ultimately issued a judgment awarding our client compensation of USD 120,000 for the damages she suffered.

The main challenge in this case was that the infringing trademark had been officially registered for more than five years. Despite this, our legal team successfully demonstrated before the court that trademark imitation and bad-faith registration cannot be protected merely by the passage of time.
In addition, we proved that the registrant had not genuinely used the trademark in commerce. Based on these arguments and supporting evidence, the court ruled in favor of our client and ordered the cancellation of the infringing trademark from the official register.
