The practice handles corporate and commercial matters, banking and finance, energy, real estate and dispute resolution for Ugandan, regional and international clients, drawing on Dentons' cross-border capabilities and the local market knowledge of Kampala’s lawyers. The team is led by David Mpanga, Chairman and Senior Partner, and Pearl Nyakabwa, Managing Partner, whose guidance supports closely coordinated service with Dentons colleagues across Africa.
