He has dealt extensively with issues of Nigerian Foreign Investment and Corporate Law, General Commercial, Banking and Finance, Oil and Gas, Real Property, Construction, Labour and Taxation Laws.

Our Tax Law Practice involves providing advice on the structure of a variety of commercial transactions, negotiating terms, and assisting clients with tax-related controversies. The scope of our taxation services includes the formation of new enterprises, funds, and joint ventures to mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, bank financings, internal restructurings, and bankruptcies.

Grace is an associate of the firm. A self-motivated and collaborative lawyer. She is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Department of the Firm. She combines intellectual depth with commercial insights. Since Grace joined our Firm she has dealt with issues of Nigerian Foreign Investment and Corporate Law, General Commercial Law, Oil and Gas, Humanitarian Law, Real Property Law and Taxation.
Grace graduated top of her class with First Class Honours from the Nigeria Law School. She is a graduate of the University of Uyo, Nigeria, where she obtained an LL.B degree in Law and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. She has a diploma in Public health and forced Migration (DePaul University, Chicago, USA). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). She is also an active member/volunteer of the Nigerian Red Cross Society which is borne out of her keen interests and knowledge in International Humanitarian Law.
