Unblocking CNIC

"Dear Team Assalamualaikum
My ID card has been blocked by the Family Court. I need legal guidance and consultation to resolve this issue. Please advise what steps I should take in this situation and how you can assist me in this regard?"
i belong to a Poor Family thats why i cant afford high fee but i am still looking for a Govt Lawyer who can handle my case of CNIC in less amount or free of cost , i will be very thankful and will Pray all the time for his Success,
i already spend 1 year and 15 days in judicial lockup and already paid a dowery 1 tola in decreetal 2 tolas and also in shape of maintenance i paid amount and also i have paid the decree holder amount of 122000/- and the court already have done to dissolve our marriage in 2018 . and one more thing in the time of dissolution i was not in the court and without any notice or call the court dissolve the marriage ... my question is how can i unblock my CNICN ?
