Steps:
- document or record or have screenshots of the defamatory statements.
- execute a judicial affidavit detailing why the statements are defamatory, etc.
- look for witnesses who will support your allegations and request them to execute affidavits.
- file a complaint-affidavit with the city prosecutor, attaching the affidavits of your witness or witnesses.
- wait for the prosecutor to file the information (case) in court.
