Mouad's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, renewable energy and, more generally, domestic and foreign investments. He has extensive experience in all aspects of public contracts, public-private partnerships renewable energy projects in Morocco and Africa. Mouad has also developed a strong expertise in the field of labor law. Prior to founding AKT Advisor in 2022, Mouad worked with leading Anglo-Saxon and French International law firms.
