Anthony has been in private legal practice since July 1976 to date. During his time as a lawyer, he has been involved in resolving disputes for clients in the areas of medical negligence; professional negligence; personal injury; historical institutional abuse; insurance; deceased estates; partnerships; companies; contracts and a broad range of commercial disputes.
Since 2013, Anthony, as a private mediator, has also assisted parties to resolve disputes of the nature referred to above. Anthony’s focus is now on mediation and decision-making. He has represented clients in most courts and tribunals in NSW, in the Federal Court of Australia and in the High Court of Australia. He has been a Local Court and District Court of NSW arbitrator and, more recently, a decision maker in a number of tribunals. Such experience provides him with a solid foundation to fall back on as a mediator.
