We also procure the necessary statutory, government and legal approvals, permits, consents required relating to properties. Our commercial arm of the office provides a wide range of services including admiralty and shipping law, general commercial law - from acqusition, registration, establishment of businesses by locals, non-residents or overseas investors, foreign investor related approvals, mergers, acquisitions, regulatory, taxation and investments.
We provide legal services relating to insurance law. Our clients include insurance companies both local and international.
Our litigation team manages debt recovery and creditor initiated action for our clients. Our scope of services includes litigation, enforcement of orders, judgments and awards, receivership and liquidator related work and debt restructure services
I am the Managing Partner of AP Legal which I founded in 2012. I have handled a variety of legal, corporate and investment issues for clients who do business in Fiji.
During the course of my career I have represented telecommunications companies, statutory bodies, investment companies, mining companies, banks and financial institutions, airline companies, superannuation bodies, property development and real estate investment firms as well as units trusts.
I believe in a solution based approach and open to conventional and non-conventional ideas to ensure that I am able to achieve the desired results for my clients.
