Hi - I'm Assaf - Nice to meet you!
I have a Masters degree in Business Law and am a certified mediator. I began my career over a decade ago at one of the largest law firms in Israel, and  specialize in high-tech, startups, development companies and commercial agreements. This means almost all commercial transactions, licensing, founder’s agreements, company incorporation, early stage investments, partnership agreements, evaluation (pilot) agreements, software development agreement, SaaS agreements, purchase or sale agreements and basically anything related to startups, high-tech and business transactions. 

I am a lecturer at numerous universities where I teach “International Business Negotiations” and “Entrepreneurship 101”. 

I am also a leading mentor on Clarity.fm and Startups.com (one of the biggest startup platforms in the world) and a personal business coach (on leadership) for mid to senior managers. 

Lastly, I’ve established a few ventures and startups with co-founders. One was so-so, one was a complete failure, and one went pretty well. I’m currently working on another one. This means that I know the process and the challenges.
