Our services includes pre litigation action where we prepare a demand and make attempts to recover your debt. Should further steps be required we will commence litigation and defend your matter at the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Yvette C. Rahming has a wealth of legal experience in business. Prior to her life as an attorney, she honed her business skills, starting and running a business consultancy, headhunting and virtual office firm. Her strong business acumen is even further enhanced by her strong legal background having served first in a local boutique law firm where she took on a huge array of trial matters then serving for almost a decade as in house General Counsel, Executive and Assistant Corporate Secretary to APD Limited, the Owners and Operators of the Nassau Container Port, a publicly listed, Blue Chip, port facility. Then in 2019 opening her practice in the capital city of The Bahamas. Yvette has defended her clients before all of the Courts of The Bahamas in a myriad of matters.
Her forte is Corporate Governance, Compliance, Quality, Employment Law and Environmental Health & Safety.
Yvette holds a LLB, LLM and PGDip in Corporate and Commercial Law, CLE and was called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas
Gabrielle Rahming is an associate with Capital Law Associates. She has represented both local and international clients in debt collection, personal injury, probate and employment related matters, as well as she has assisted foreign tax attorneys with immigration and citizenship opinions. Gabrielle also has experience in representing purchasers and vendors in real estate transactions and mortgagees and mortgagors in secured financing transactions.
