He later founded a boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, specializing in complex real estate, finance, and business disputes. Driven by a desire to assist those in need, David transitioned into personal injury law, where he now passionately advocates for the injured at Deldar Legal.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, David holds an undergraduate degree (B.A.) from California State University, Los Angeles, and a law degree (J.D.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He furthered his education with a master’s degree (M.Fin.) in finance from Harvard University, equipping him with a unique perspective on financial and legal complexities.David is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is fluent in Spanish and can hold conversations in Farsi (Persian), allowing him to serve a broad and diverse clientele.
Outside of his legal practice, David enjoys a variety of activities, including playing equestrian polo, traveling, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with his wife, three children, and two dogs, Dolce and Gia. Rene always knew he wanted to be a lawyer. With a strong passion for justice and a commitment to helping others, he set sights on a legal career early on and worked hard to make it a reality. With an undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from California State University, Northridge, Rene obtained his law degree (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School. During law school, Rene was an active member of the Public Interest Law Committee (PILC), where he gained hands-on experience providing pro bono legal work for government agencies. This early exposure to public service strengthened his determination to use the law to make a difference.
Rene also has litigation experience and is comfortable handling cases confidently and skillfully in the courtroom. In personal injury law, not every case settles with a quick negotiation.
