It was established in March 2015 by Lawyer Pham Quoc Tuan and later expanded with the addition of Partner Lawyers Le Thanh Tung and Duong Quoc Thanh in Hanoi, the promotion of Partner Lawyer Nguyen Danh Cong in Ho Chi Minh City in 2017, and the promotion of Partner Lawyer Than Trong Ly in 2024.
