About us

ELKHATIB LAW FIRM was founded in 1966 by Mr. Fayçal ELKHATIB, the Former Chairman of the Bar Association of Tangier, and is directed since 2005 by Mr. Hatim ELKHATIB.

Since 2009, the Firm was established as “Société Civile Professionnelle d’Avocats (SCPA)" in order to offer the best support and guidance to our clients and the best conditions of professional development to our collaborators.

Our team is composed of lawyers dully enrolled in the Bar of Tangier, qualified in business law, holders of higher education diplomas in business law and entirely dedicated to legal counseling activities.
