I have accomplished my legal internship at Eke & Simsek International Law & Consultancy Company since September 2018 in Istanbul. I personally took part in at the stages of represented the undertakings in the face of Turkish Competition Authority and starting from the application processes of the enterprises and preparing the petitions and fictions of the proceedings in Ankara Administrative Courts by Eke & Simsek International Law & Consultancy Company. Specifically, I have worked on the cases that include abused dominant position and have achieved considerable success in this regard.
During my professional stage in here, not only at the stage of constructing arguments that represent the undertakings before the Competition Authority, but also, I personally took part in the compliance programs of enterprises. Furthermore, I reported the legislation to the clients on their business and took part in all issues about corporate law. Thanks to that, I examined a lot of types of contracts and prepared them to be set up new corporate relations.
While I have been working as a lawyer, I also attended various conferences, seminars and symposiums, which are indicated in my CV, so as to improve myself in corporate, competition and commercial law which is the concentration area that I would like to specialize. Especially, I have accredited certificate as blockchain&law professional from the institution which names blockchaincouncil. In addition, I have given professional seminars for 1,5 years about FIDIC Contracts, Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Law and Fintech areas to the related people in Istanbul Institute.
Not only I am eager to gain experience about Competition, Complex Transactions, Fintech, Compliance and Commercial Law but also I closely follow the literature about FIDIC Contracts, which I am currently an Instructor at Istanbul Institute, Intellectual Property Law, which I have an achievement certificate given by WIPO, Maritime Law, IT Law, Startup Law, Artificial Intelligence and Robot Law, and Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain. Also; I am the owner of the Project on Optimizing Law Making and Increasing Public Participation in Democratic Processes, which I am planning to build on Blockchain or Artificial Intelligence technology.
