For over five decades, ILCT Ltd has been providing solid IP advice based on its extensive knowledge in the field. The IP practice group was established in 1966 and today its offers cover everything from trademark clearance searches to licensing. Among the 27 dedicated IP practitioners that call the firm home is a multilingual trademark team, which offers advice in English, Thai and Mandarin.

We are well acquainted and have positive relationship with core government officials in various agencies relating to Real Estate & Construction field, such as Land Offices, District Office, Municipality Office, Provincial Administrative Organization, Sub-district Administration Organization, Provincial Office of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, Provincial Industry Office, Ministry of Industry, Industrial Estate of Thailand, Board of Investment, Department of  Provincial Administration  etc. We have closed many complex deals and managed to obtain many licences e.g. hotel licences, factory licences for the clients.

We are well-versed in immigration practice, this is including obtaining various visas for our clients (e.g. work permit). Moreover, we also able to set up FDI for multinational companies and initiate local compliances.
