Successfully defended a regional agribusiness operator in a regulatory offense proceeding concerning alleged non-compliance with agricultural land protection regulations. Our team represented a leading client before the Misdemeanor Court in Sombor in proceedings initiated due to the alleged presence of ragweed (ambrosia) on farmland. By coordinating expert reports and witness testimony, we demonstrated the inspector’s findings were unfounded.
