We handle large complex cases and have had many successes. One in particular involved a US citizen who contacted us one evening out of desperation. He was a former Bank manager who had suffered severe injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident that had landed him on the streets of New York where his family had abandoned him due to his behavior The matter went before the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory but on our application was listed for trial in New York owing to the large number of medical expert witnesses being located in New York. An out-of-court settlement for a seven figure sum in favour of the plaintiff was negotiated and reached between the parties.
