Talofa Lava, my name is Magele Leone Sua-Mailo and I am Principal Legal Counsel fo LSM Law that
was established in 2020.
I was admitted to the permanent roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court in November
2016 and have thus been practicing law for 15 years now. Since being admitted to the bar, I had
been with the Office of the Attorney General where I had been attached to the prosecution division.
I had commenced employment as a law clark and had over the above period worked my way up to
being the Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions when the criminal prosecution division was
established as an office, the National Prosecutions Office. I had managed NPO solely as the head of
the office when my former colleagues left the office looking after the lawyers as well as the support
staff for a period of 11 months. I therefore have experience in managing an office.
