Ludwina Mingeli is a dedicated Admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia with a diverse background in various legal disciplines. Ludwina’s legal background spans criminal prosecution, property law, corporate and commercial law , immigration and estate planning.
Her career began in criminal prosecution, where she honed her skills in legal research, drafting, and litigation. Transitioning to property law, she gained significant experience working at the Deeds Office.
Having served in various roles in government, Ludwina was appointed to several Board committees during her tenure at the Ministry of Land Reform. These appointments provided her with valuable insights into project management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
Ludwina further expanded her expertise through practical training as a candidate Legal Practitioner at a prestigious law firm where she gained valuable experience in property transactions, estate planning and administration, company and trust formation, commercial transactions and immigration law. She later advanced to serve as a legal practitioner at another esteemed law firm that specializes in corporate, commercial and conveyancing services. There, she further deepened her knowledge in property transactions, corporate and commercial law and company secretarial services. Her legal practice also covers, immigration services, and estate planning, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals and businesses.
As the founder and Director of Mingeli Incorporated, she brings a wealth of knowledge in various areas of law as well as a client focused approach to the Firm.
