The Firm has advised and represented Companies in the road and building construction sector. The Firm has worked on road projects involving the Ghana Highway Authority, Ghana Cocoa Board and Urban Roads, advising Clients on contracts with both

the Employer and Sub Contractors. 

In the real estate sector, the Firm advised and worked on the Manet Towers project in the Airport City enclave. The Firm has advised real estate companies on land acquisition and registration, permit acquisition and preparation of contracts. 

In the property sector, the firm has worked on major projects such as the Exchange project in the Airport area of Accra and the Accra Marine Drive project. The firm is currently working on a hostel project and an affordable housing project. 

Clients have included the Ghana Highway Authority, Manet Towers Ltd, Omega Properties Ltd, Cymain Ghana Ltd, Attachy Construction Ltd and Mabani Seven Ghana Ltd.

Employment & Labour

The firm has advised Clients on the labour laws of Ghana and all manner of employment issues. The firm has represented Clients in Court and before the Labour Commission. The firm has drafted employment contracts and helped resolve numerous

labour and employment issues of its Clients.

Company Secretarial Services & Compliance

The firm has advised Investors and assisted in the formation and set up of Companies in Ghana guiding them through the registration process and the Company laws of Ghana. The firm provides Companies with secretarial services ensuring that they are

compliant with the requirements of the laws of Ghana. The firm undertakes the registration of trademarks and patents. 

The Firm also assists Clients with their registration with the Ghana Free Zones Board, Ghana Investment Promotions Centre, Ghana Immigration Service, Petroleum Commission, Energy Commission, Minerals Commission, Lands Commission, Ghana Tourism Authority, Registrar Generals Department, and various statutory bodies in Ghana.

team and has considerable experience in the workings of the Court system and processes.
