Document authentication problem in armenia

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Algerian citizen in Armenia with my wife and two children, applying for temporary residency.

There is no Algerian embassy in Armenia. The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed me that my birth and family certificates must be authenticated by the Algerian embassy in Russia. However, Algeria does not issue apostilles, and I cannot travel to Russia due to visa requirements and delays.

I would like to know if there is any alternative legal solution accepted in Armenia (such as notarized translations, court recognition, or exceptional procedures), and whether your office can assist in this matter.
