Will they sue me?

I live in Turkey. A laser and beauty saloon made me enter (a guy told me to ask about the price and leave no commitment and no registration so he can get a commission) | was too kind (idiot) to believe him. I entered and they gave give my name and phone number to register and make an appointment. They asked for my passport and ID but I said no. The only info they have about me is my phone number (which is not registered even to my ID, my name, and my date of birth). I signed something that is in Turkish which is a language I don't understand. I canceled a day before the appointment and I told them I left the country (but I lied cuz i didn't) so they left me alone. Today they texted and said if I don't pay the due payment (I don't know what payment because I didn't promise to pay until I get the first session done), they will take my file to a lawyer and court. Do you think they can do it without having my info? We are talking on WhatsApp and I tell you again that I refused to register multiple times but she was asking me questions and writing then she told me do now you have an appointment
