Groupe EURAF is a Dakar based advisory group that combines legal, tax, and accounting capabilities to support companies investing and operating in West Africa. The practice is led by Dr Mouhamed Dieye, PhD, a certified tax expert and experienced arbitrator with more than forty years in tax and business law.

The team brings recognized credentials and sector experience to complex mandates. Dr Dieye has taught at leading Senegalese institutions and served in professional bodies, and he authored the reference handbook Pratique Fiscale Sénégalaise. Complementing the legal practice, chartered accountant and statutory auditor Abdourahmane Fall, a member of ONECCA, strengthens the group’s financial oversight and audit offering.
