I recently received a labeling notice from [company removed] claiming my packaged product violates labeling requirements. I want to understand the appeal process, deadlines, and what evidence I should prepare to respond.

Good afternoon. Not prempting the scope of your question, if you are charged by the Fijian Commerce and Competiion and Consumer Competition, then you are able to defend teh case with proof as opposed to an 'appeal'. These charges are pretty much strict liability offences, where you are required to prove innocence rather than the charging body proving failure. Happy to discuss if you need a counsel to assit.
