What I can tell you for certain is that if the person to whom you sent the money is located in Kazakhstan and does not own assets outside that state, any decision by a judge ordering them to return the money, even if issued by an Italian judge, would need to be enforced there. My suggestion therefore is to first contact a Kazakhstani lawyer.
