Can I claim a house I built in my wives name during divorce?

For some reasons the title documents of the house I built on in Nigeria was in the name Of my wife (marital name) 
She parked off me in the United states, am back to Nigeria to stay in the house , Can I claim the house legally

No you can't because the law presume that anything given by a husband to his wife is an absolute gift. You can call us, because some factors can affect whether you can claim it or not.
