I just wanted to know about my rights to the properties we bought here with my name on them but purchased with my husband's sole funds.

I am married to a foreigner, and we have been married to this present for 22 years. I have a dual passport and now currently living abroad with my grown-up children who are now studying at the university. We bought the properties during our marriage when we decided to live here in Baguio for six years then went back to our place in Europe. Now, while living abroad, my husband usually comes here to Baguio every 3 months twice in a year. I found out about his infidelity and even brought the woman to our family home here. The money we use to purchase the second property, a condo unit was all his money. The first one is shared with both of us. My question now is, do I have any right to the second condo unit we purchased solely for his money? I am sure too, he bought another condo unit in the lowland without my knowledge and I'm sure with only his name on it or including the lover's name. I really want to file a divorce but it will be done in Europe. I just wanted to know about my rights to the properties we bought here with my name on them but purchased with my husband's sole funds.
