Based in Paris 12th, the law firm Avi Bitton was created in 2005. It is made up of 10 lawyers and jurists  and a legal assistant .

Avi Bitton has 18 years of practice as a lawyer. He is a Member of the Disciplinary Council of the Paris Bar Association (2013, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022). He was elected, in 2009, and re-elected in 2012, Member of the Conseil de l'Ordre des Avocats (terms of office 2010-1012 and 2013-2015), which is the regulatory and disciplinary authority of the Paris Bar, then he was elected, in 2011, and re-elected, in 2014, Member of the Conseil National des Barreaux (terms of office 2012-2014 and 2015-2017), which is the authority representing the legal profession in France.

Avi Bitton is consulted by the Government (Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labour, National Assembly, ...) on reforms in labor law and criminal law. He is the author of the book " The trial at the Conseil de Prud'hommes ", published by LGDJ, one of the main legal publishers (2018).
