After relocating to France, I have discovered that my daughter was a victim of someone who is serving 15 years. A few years ago, she tried to lodge a complaint in France and Belgium to no avail. The South African Embassy wasn't of help either. I would like to file a complaint for child grooming. How can I go about it? Now that my daughter is an adult, remembering the facts, life is not easy. I need help to help my daughter move on with her life. Thank you
