Good evening The father of my kids has been abroad for 7yrs pls but recently he has been neglecting is responsibility and when I tried reaching out to him, he blocked me, I reached out to his elder brother and he said he has spoken to him that he would do the needful but he did not.....I tried reaching out to his elder brother again, and he read my message and ignored it
