Conjugal properties Acquired during marriage.

Good day! We are both Filipinos married Dec 1986, his parents sold us their properties during our marriage. Now, we are divorced and have our own family. The division of properties failed to be included in our divorce decree. My ex-husband said that the properties that we bought from his parents are inherited and I don't have any rights to get a 50% share. My ex-husband and his new wife built a big house on one of the properties. Does the new wife have a right to the property we acquired during my first marriage? My name is written in the TAX Declaration. He kept all the Documents. Do I have a right to have half of those properties? Second question, When we were still married we sold the property to my father, but after I divorced him when my father wanted to get an extraordinary power of attorney from my ex-husband he refused to give, Now my father is gone, I am still asking him for his SPA so I can dispose the property but still won't give it to me.
