Can a marriage be annulled or voided if there was no cohabitation and no children? Got married in secret. At the time of marriage, the couple were both 21 yrs old; got married in 1982. What was the legal age to marry then? They thought 21 for women and 23 for men. The woman left to work abroad as a contract worker in 1986. In less than a year the man broke up with her and she, later on, found out that the other woman got pregnant. She was heartbroken and decided to forget about this man. In 1990 thinking that their marriage was annulled/voided she got married. Can her 1st marriage be annulled/voided and what is the cost? Both men are now in their senior years.
