Hello, an online shopping app banned my device due to accusations of fraudulent refunds. However, all my refunds have been approved by them and they are authorized but still, they are accusing me of having fraudulent refunds. I would like them to unban my device/account but they wouldn't want to do this. Is there a way you could help me? I already filed a DTI ticket, mediation is done and they still have not unbanned my device. Thank you.
