When the ex husband don’t follow judgment

I have one final decision from higher court in Qatar. About child support.
But my ex husband is not following it.
He is with travel ban, bank account blocked…
And still he is not paying.
He is working and sure not putting his money on his account.

My lawyer who helped me to win that case told me, everthing what he can do. He did.

But still more than one year he is not paying anything, nothing.

Now, he open a new case because he want take our child. Visitation.
He won two days a week
Thursday 4pm return Saturday 6pm
But WITHOUT following the last decision, without payment nothing.


I would like to know if has something we can do or I need, unfortunately, just wait ?
