About husband support for me and my daughter

Based on Article 41 of the Marriage Law, the termination of marriage has several consequences. Both the mother and father remain obliged to care for and educate their children in the best interests of the children; if there is a dispute regarding child custody, the court will decide. The father is responsible for all costs of maintenance and education necessary for the child; if the father is unable to fulfill this obligation, the court may determine that the mother share in these costs. The court may require the former husband to provide living expenses and may determine certain obligations for the former wife.
