I moved into a rental just over a month ago since then there has been nothing but problems with landlords. The place was infested with rats the day I move in, I had to take care of that, plus other issues that they won't fix. Two days ago they gave me a 30 day to move out with a lame excuse. Do you practice in these kind of situations? Thanks
