Unfair Suspension

I got suspended after a brief disagreement with a colleague about a chair. Never met this person before/in different departments or a line of business. This person tried to bully me out of a particular place, and all I did was ask why. Next thing, she sent an email and claimed I was rude. Apparently, she had her friend in the management, and they gave me a suspension despite providing evidence that she was an instigator and I had the right to be in that position. How do I contest the unfair suspension and also report workplace bullying?
