Do I need a separate licence in Moldova to import and sell alcohol online?

Question

I want to import wine and spirits from the EU and sell them through an online shop to customers across Moldova. I’m not sure if the retail, wholesale, and import activities require different licences and what authority issues them.

Hello, For retail selling, or online the license is not required. At the same time, for import of alcool , and wholesale it's needed to obtain the license, from Agency of Public Services (ASP). About the terms and conditions you can ask additionaly. thank you
