Founded by Me Aldric BONIFACE, more than 40 years ago, the firm BONIFACE & Associés (Rouen lawyer) has continued to develop over the years while maintaining a human size allowing it to maintain privileged relations with each of its customers.
By settling in 1990 on the Vatine business park in Mont Saint Aignan (area dedicated to companies located on the outskirts of ROUEN), in a building bringing together accounting and legal professionals, the firm made the choice complementarity to offer a clientele essentially made up of regional companies a global service.
In 2002, the firm participated in the creation of the ALTA JURIS INTERNATIONAL Group , which today brings together more than 400 lawyers in France and abroad and whose common objective is the permanent search for quality, by:
- certification : our firm has been ISO 9001 certified for more than ten years,
- continuing education , which is provided by professors from universities of national reputation,
- the pooling of the skills of its members on whom our firm can rely at any time to meet the specific needs of its clients, in all areas of law, in France, in Europe, and beyond.
Our firm now has 5 associate lawyers with a long experience in litigation which has also enabled them to acquire a real mastery in the field of business consulting (audit, negotiation, drafting of contracts, etc.) in particular in the fields following:
- labor law (individual and collective relations) and social security,
- commercial law (business agreements, competition, business failure, debt collection, commercial leases, professional leases, banking law, etc.),
- construction law and public procurement law,
- insurance and liability law,
- corporate law litigation.
We are supported by two collaborators and three assistants who have more than 20 years of experience in the service of the profession.
