About us

Established in 2011, Cerqueira Alves & Associados strives to integrate different areas of Law into the solutions we propose. Our focus is on a close interaction with our customers allowing us to understand and adapt to what really is matters to you.

Throughout the years, we have been gathering knowledge and experience in several fields of commercial law practice. We assisted companies from a variety of sectors, including civil engineering, textile, agricultural and wine production, logistics, tech-sector, heavy industries and many others. We alsoprovided legal services to cooperative and public entities, including local Portuguese Municipalities or state owned enterprises. Our services range from representing individuals in their private disputes all the way to closing deals on behalf of groups of enterprises.

We are able to provide local and international assistance, both in direct representation or in cooperation with other service providers ensuring protection of your interests in Portugal and any connected market. Being fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish - both, written and spoken-, we established partnerships in Angola, Brazil, Mozambique, Spain, France and Italy.
