The firm's history
Cabinet DAUMAS-WILSON , one of the oldest structures in Marseille, was created by Henry WILSON and Gérard DAUMAS in 1974.
From that date, the firm developed particularly in the specialties of insurance law , civil liability , accidents in general and in Franco-German legal relations .
Very quickly, Maître Gérard DAUMAS, who speaks fluent German, hired a bilingual German secretary and works actively with the German consulate in Marseille.
In 1979, Maître Patrick WILSON joined the association, then in 2001, Maître Philippe DAUMAS, who also speaks German, and Maître Nadine BERGE-ROSSI were also partners, thus strengthening the firm's family structure.
In 2007 Maître Jean-Mathieu LASALARIE became a member of the association to which he brought his knowledge of town planning law (building permit, prior declaration, PLU ) and more generally of real estate law .
In 2013, the firm's legal structure evolved into an association with individual professional liability (AARPI) under the name DAUMAS-WILSON ET ASSOCIES.
The DAUMAS-WILSON ET ASSOCIES law firm, which today is one of the oldest structures in Marseille, is currently made up of four associate lawyers and two associate lawyers .
For more than ten years, the DAUMAS-WILSON ET ASSOCIES law firm has created a partnership with the KLIMA/VIGIER law firm with the Munich Bar , thus strengthening its international presence.
