Our M&A team offers comprehensive legal services to acquirers, sellers, targets, investors, special committees and financial institutions, including:

The Intellectual Property Practice provides a full range of commercial/transactional services covering all aspects of intellectual property and information technology law, including: technology transfer and computer software patent and trade secret licensing; intellectual property due diligence for M&A and capital market transactions; trademark, merchandising, and copyright licensing; client counselling in all facets of intellectual property matters; transactions in digital media and electronic distribution; franchising; issues relating to breeders’ rights; and enforcement of intellectual property and related rights before judicial and administrative tribunals, including border control measures and anti-counterfeiting measures.
