Masuda & Partners Law Office was established in February 2008, led by founding attorney Eiji Masuda. Since that start, our firm has been involved in numerous domestic and international matters, mainly in the areas of corporate legal affairs, business-to-business disputes, and intellectual property issues.
In the meantime, the global situation and the environment surrounding Japan has changed dramatically, and in recent years, the legal world has been caught up in a whirlwind of changes, such as the digital transformation, changes that could shake even the raison d'etre and value of lawyers. However, our vision (goals and mission) was, is, and will remain unchanged. It is to continue to meet the true needs of our clients and to establish the true rule of law by continuing to challenge what no one else is challenging and creating new value in the field of law.
To this end, our attorneys and staff are constantly learning, always looking to the present from the future, and aiming to be at the forefront of the times. As a group of lawyers, we will provide not only high-quality legal advice, but also legal services that only we can offer by integrating our knowledge, wisdom, and experience outside of the legal field.
