The child and adult protection authority (KESB) takes protective measures for children if their well-being is endangered. Protective measures are also taken for adults if they are unable to take care of themselves or make decisions due to a state of weakness. Conflicts can also arise in this area, for example in the area of ​​maintenance payments, whereby we represent the interests of our clients before the responsible child and adult protection authorities.
