The child and adult protection authority (KESB) takes protective measures for children if their well-being is endangered. Protective measures are also taken for adults if they are unable to take care of themselves or make decisions due to a state of weakness. INHERITANCE LAWYER

Inheritance law determines who is the heir in each individual case and how the testator's estate is divided between the heirs. In principle, any natural person can become an heir and will one day be a testator himself. However, the drafting of wills, contracts of inheritance and contracts for the division of estates is very complex in most cases.
