Vladimir Boshnjakovski graduated from the Faculty of Law Iustinianus Primus in Skopje, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in International and European Law. His master’s thesis explored the international legal framework and case law governing indirect expropriation in investor–state disputes. He later completed an Executive MBA in Data Science and Digital Transformation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna), further strengthening his ability to combine legal expertise with data-driven and technology-oriented insights in advising clients.
During his studies, Mr. Boshnjakovski represented his university in several international competitions. He was awarded a scholarship by the German foundation Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and participated in two four-month exchange programs in the United States. He also spent six months in Berlin, working in the German Bundestag as an assistant in the cabinet of the leader of one of the major political parties, while attending a semester at Humboldt University.
Mr. Boshnjakovski has extensive experience across the legal, governmental, and business sectors in North Macedonia. He began his career in the office of a distinguished intellectual property attorney, later joining the Economic Chamber of Macedonia as legal counsel for industry associations and foreign investment matters. Before founding Boshnjakovski Law Office, he spent four years with one of the country’s leading corporate law firms, where he worked on several landmark cases in the Macedonian legal market.
He advises both domestic and international clients—particularly from Germany and Austria—on civil and commercial matters involving cross-border elements, including litigation and arbitration, corporate structuring, tax, contract negotiation, and administrative and licensing procedures. His practice also covers data protection and privacy, micro-financing, energy law, and migration and wealth planning, providing comprehensive guidance for individuals and businesses.
Mr. Boshnjakovski is fluent in English (TOEFL) and German (TestDaF), speaks the regional Slavic languages, and has working knowledge of Russian and a basic understanding of Albanian. He has published several articles in domestic and international legal journals.
