In 1993, the second generation of lawyers of the Casco family organized a department of intellectual property for the registration of trademarks of goods and services, patents in the field of health technology, communications, copyrights, health registrations of pharmaceutical products, food, cosmetics, biologicals and other industrial or intellectual properties. This addition was designed for both national and international clients, who wish to protect their assets and investments in Honduras. The firm has been recognized for its litigation on claims of unfair competition and infringement of industrial property rights, as well as litigation for both border prevention measures and destruction of counterfeit products.
The firm was founded in 1943, and has developed a general practice in the areas of consulting, directing and procuring both corporate aspects and their links in the notary, labor, civil, administrative and litigation fields.
