Our legal practice began in Koronadal, South Cotabato in the year 1973. Founder Atty. Pedro Ferrer was engaged in civil, administrative, and criminal law when his exceptional ability in litigation attracted the attention of political figures in his hometown of Sultan Kudarat and in other areas of Mindanao. Among his prominent clients is the Mangudadatu clan headed by former Sultan Kudarat governor Pax Mangudadatu. Eventually, Atty. Ferrer and his associates represented incumbent and hopeful politicians in various judicial courts-Municipal/Regional Trial Courts, Court of Appeals, Sandiganbayan, and the Supreme Court. The firm handled the public service careers of a long list of political clients in relation all aspects election related, from campaign preparation, the campaign proper, the election itself, to post election legal concerns. In recognition of his excellent trial skills, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo engaged the services of Atty. Ferrer in 2005 as lead counsel in the impeachment case filed against her.
We have grown steadily over the years, expanding the range of our legal services while remaining first and foremost as a litigation firm and as a firm for all matters election.
